If driving come up Adams Road as Wilberforce Road is blocked off. The entrance is found at the corner of where Wilberforce Road meets Adams Road (marked on map), follow the road here towards where housing development is going on and drive past.

You will see a car park and Athletics track park up and head toward the pavillion main entrance and look for Physioteq signage. Please take a seat.
